Accommodation

Ravensworth Care Home is a purpose built, 28 bed care home in Chesterfield that provides personal care for people with Dementia.

There are 24 bedrooms, 20 single rooms and 4 double rooms, all of which have central heating and are equipped with a wash basin. Each is comfortably furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and an arm chair

All rooms are fitted with a call system and protected by a smoke protector. There are 3 bathrooms with a WC, 3 separate WC’s and a wet room with a WC. All are in easy reach of the bedrooms and the seating areas.

There is a choice of 3 sitting rooms, all with TV’s and there is a large dining room where activities take place on a daily basis. There is easy wheelchair access throughout the premises

If there are no single rooms available at the time of admission, the Service User may occupy a shared twin room. As soon as a single becomes available, the Service User will be given the option of changing to single room accommodation.
