Experience

Miss Spray joined the care home through a Youth Training Scheme in 1986.  She has attained the following qualifications during that time: City & Guilds in Care (NVQ2 equivalent), NEBS management, NVQ4, Registered Manager’s Award and Dementia Alertness. She is also trained in ‘recognising & alerting’ others to suspected abuse and “Food for thought” diet and nutrition, as well as attaining certificates in all of the in-house training sessions.

With over twenty years of experience, Miss Spray has acquired a total insight and understanding of the needs of our Service Users’ and their families. She deals with those needs in a kind, sympathetic and professional manner.

Should you urgently need to speak to the owners or manager when they are not on the premises, the senior member of staff on duty will contact either of them on your behalf.
